Are your products environmentally friendly?
We've specifically chosen our suppliers to ensure an environmentally friendly business model. Our posters and canvases are made out of museum grade FSC-certified paper. In addition, all of our hangers are made out of durable wood made out of natural, FSC-certified material. In addition, all of our frames and hangers are made out of durable wood made out of natural, FSC-certified material.

Which parts of my canvas design will be visible?
Due to the nature of a canvas print, the outermost parts of the image will be folded around the sides and the back of the frame.
When selecting the canvas option in the editor, a dotted border will appear. Anything outside of the border will be on the side or backside of the canvas.
Make sure that you position any important visual elements within the inner border.
Which sizes can I choose for my print?
Our posters come in the following sizes:

How thick are your canvases?
Our canvases are either 2 cm (0,8") or 3 cm (1.2") thick. Due to differences between our printing partners, the canvases vary slightly in thickness depending on your location.
What dimensions are your frames?
We make sure that you always get a frame of matching dimensions to your poster. The frame itself adds an additional 1.4 cm (0,55") in width and 2.2 cm (0,87") in thickness.

How much does shipping cost?
Don't worry about it. We always offer fast and free shipping on all of our products. No minimums.
Do you offer sustainable shipping?
Our printing supplier has partners in 33 different countries. By fulfilling your order at the closest possible facility we are able to offer free and fast worldwide deliveries with a minimal carbon footprint.
Will I have to pay custom duties or import taxes on my order?
If you are outside of the EU you may have to pay additional custom duties or taxes on arrival. It is your responsibility to pay these taxes should they occur since TabulaPrint has no control over these charges.

Can I return my order?
Since each order is specifically made for you, we are generally not able to accept returns. If there is a problem with the quality of your order or if it was damaged in transit we should be able to help though. See our refund policy for more info.

Do you have an influencer/affiliate program?

What are those lines that I sometimes see in the editor?
When editing maps in your web browser, you may sometimes see lines spanning across the map preview. This is a limitation of the browser and will not appear on the final product.
Will my product look exactly like it does in the editor?
Our goal is for the virtual representation to be as close as possible to reality but we assure you they look even better in real life!
Keep in mind that the resolution and colors may vary quite a bit depending on your monitor. When generating files for print we use ultra high resolution images high quality ink to create a stunning picture.
Also, the texture and finish of the frames and hangers may vary slightly depending on where fulfillment was done.
