Refund policy
Since our products are made to order, we are generally not able to to issue returns or exchanges on orders. However, we are of course glad to help if there was a problem with your order.

Defective or damaged products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Make sure to provide images of any damage to the product and the packaging to expedite the process.
Wrong address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. We are therefore not able to provide refunds in this case.
Unclaimed shipment
Shipments that are successfully delivered to a post office but remain unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. We are therefore not able to provide refunds in this case.
Refund process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
